Shipping & Returns

  Shipping Policy– Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process, pack, and ship the order. Our items are usually shipped via USPS First Class mail from the state of California and should arrive in less than 1 week from the time it is shipped. If you have an urgent need for an item and would like to request overnight shipping, please contact our support team and we will do our best to get the item to you as quickly as possible.

International Shipping – We only sell & ship products to USPS confirmed addresses in the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Return Policy – We do not accept returns. We will offer a replacement if the item is damaged during shipping or if you receive a different size than you ordered. Too many merchants who accept returns will often repackage the items and sell them as new. For hygienic reasons, once an item has been in someone’s home or on someone’s pet, we do not believe that item should be resold, ever.

By purchasing from us, you are guaranteed to receive a brand new item that has never been exchanged or in the hands of another customer. This policy makes it important that you measure your pet and buy the correct size.
