Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy– Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process, pack, and ship the order. Our items are usually shipped via USPS First Class mail from the state of California and should arrive in less than 1 week from the time it is shipped. If you have an urgent need for an item and would like to request overnight shipping, please contact our support team and we will do our best to get the item to you as quickly as possible.
International Shipping – We only sell & ship products to USPS confirmed addresses in the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Return Policy – Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns. We will offer a replacement for any product that is defective or damaged by the shipping company. Due to hygiene reasons, once an item has been in the hands of a customer or near a customer’s pet, we no longer want to resell that item.
By purchasing from us, you are guaranteed to receive a brand new item that has never been exchanged or in the hands of another customer. This policy makes it important that you measure your pet and buy the correct size. On every product page, there is a size guide tab to assist you in choosing the correct size.
You can always contact us with your pet’s measurements, and we will help you pick the correct size. If you have any questions or are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you. If a product you ordered is defective or was damaged by the shipping company, please report your concern to support@trendypup.com.
