What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit & debit cards as well as Paypal.
How much do I have to pay for shipping?
Our standard USPS First Class Shipping is a $4 flat fee. If you spend more than $35, you will qualify for free shipping. If you need expedited shipping, please contact our support team.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time we do not offer international shipping, but we are considering adding that service in the future.
I just placed an order. How long will it take to receive my merchandise?
Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process, pack, and ship the order. Our items are usually shipped via USPS First Class mail from the state of California and should arrive in less than 1 week from the time it is shipped. If you have an urgent need for an item and would like to request overnight shipping, please contact our support team and we will do our best to get the item to you as quickly as possible.
How do I know which size to buy?
Check out the sizing guide for each item in the product description on that item’s page. It is imperative that you check this for every item that you intend to purchase. Similar to humans, dogs come in many different shapes and sizes. And just like when humans shop for their own clothes, not every brand has the same interpretation of sizing. You could wear a size medium in one brand and a large in another brand, your pup is no different.

 

Don’t assume that because you purchased a size large from us before that your pup will wear a large in every item we carry in the store, check the sizing guide for each item to be safe. The measurements we provide are for the clothing so please allow for a little extra room especially if your pup has a lot of fur. If you’re trying to decide between two sizes, it’s usually recommended to go with the larger size. If you are still unsure, you can send a message to our support team with your pup’s measurements, and we will help you find the right size.

How do I measure my dog?
There are 3 separate measurements you need to take in order to pick the correct size for your dog. The length of your dog’s body, starting between the shoulders and ending where the tail meets the body, around the biggest part of your dog’s chest/ribcage, and around the neck where the collar sits. Please refer to the sizing guide on the product page for more information.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns. We will offer a replacement if the item is damaged during shipping or if you receive a different size than you ordered. Too many merchants who accept returns will often repackage the items and sell them as new. For hygienic reasons, once an item has been in someone’s home or on someone’s pet, we do not believe that item should be resold, ever.



By purchasing from us, you are guaranteed to receive a brand new item from a clean environment that has never been exchanged or in the hands of another customer. This policy makes it important that you measure your pet and buy the correct size. If you have any questions or are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.

Are there any coupon codes or discounts available at this time?
Coupon codes are only distributed through our registered e-mail list or via our social medial pages. Please consider signing up for our e-mail list if you would like to receive coupon codes. We do not send out any spam, and we never sell your information.
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge 7.25% sales tax for all California residents in accordance with California state law.
My dog wants to model for your website, how do I sign up?
Submit your best photos of your dog in their new clothes to our support team or tag us on Instagram for a chance to be featured on our website. If we select your dog as a model, we will contact you, no further steps are necessary on your end. Good luck!
Can I purchase these clothes for my cat?

While these items were made for dogs, they will fit some cats.  Please adhere to the sizing guide in the item’s product description to ensure that you order the correct size.

How long does it take to receive a reply from the support team?

We do our best to respond to all support messages as quickly as possible.  If you contact us during normal business hours, we should be able to respond within 24 hours.  If you have not heard from us within 48 hours, please contact us again.
